The Diary Monday, 28th May 2007 | Las Vegas, NV | GMT-8 Monday morning, we woke up and headed to the airport from which we flew to Las Vegas. We landed and had a horrible time with the National Rent-A-Car people. They were asses. Finally we got our Durango SUV and headed to Super Walmart and got our camping stuff and a bunch of junk that we could barely fit into the car anyways! We checked into the hotel and then headed out to the strip, where we really didn't find anything open - I suppose everyone was tired from Memorial Day Weekend. We then headed further down the strip and had some drinks and then eventually wussed out and headed back to the hotel. We were staying at the Tuscany - really nice price.. for being 2 blocks from the strip. Las Vegas Airport Shopping at the Walmart Supercenter 3 Austrians on the Strip Venetian Hotel on the Strip
